Returns Policy

In this document, us, we and our refers to BLK International Pty Ltd (ACN 616 696 242).

Please note:

1.    This policy applies only to goods purchased by you through our online store at and which were not customised for you. For customised goods, or goods not purchased through our online store at, please refer to the Sale Terms or other applicable sale terms.

2.    Also, this policy does not apply if you were advised at the time of purchase that a different returns policy applies.

We are dedicated to providing quality goods and services to our customers. We back our products 100%, so if you are not satisfied with your item purchased at, we are willing to provide you with an exchange, credit or refund on all full priced items providing proof of purchase and identity to our reasonable satisfaction is provided and the item is returned to us unworn, unwashed, bagged, with tags still attached and otherwise still in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.

If we decide a credit or refund is appropriate, we will provide a credit for, or refund to the same card or account which was used to purchase the item, the price you paid for the returned item less freight costs. If we decide an exchange is appropriate, you will be required to pay any additional freight costs.

A credit or refund will be processed as soon as reasonably possible once we have received the item and assessed whether it satisfies the requirements set out above.

Any item retuned to us which does not satisfy the requirements for a return will be returned to you at your cost. We will contact you to obtain payment of freight charges from you before sending the item to you. Alternatively, the item will be made available to you for collection from the location to which the item was returned to us or another location nominated by us.

Incorrect or faulty goods

We do our utmost to ensure the goods you receive from us meet high quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please refer to the Sale Terms or other applicable sale terms applying to your purchase. You may also wish to consult the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s website at or the website of any government agency in your area which deals with consumer rights, for more information about your rights.
